By accessing rectok.app or using the RecTok Telegram bot (@RecTok_Bot), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Ethics. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

RecTok is a free Telegram bot that connects to publicly available TikTok live streams, records them, and delivers the MP4 file to the requesting user via Telegram. RecTok also maintains a public library of recorded streams accessible at rectok.app/library.

You agree not to use RecTok to:

• Record private, restricted, or non-public content
• Infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights
• Harass, stalk, or harm any individual
• Circumvent any technical limitations of the service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service

RecTok is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. Commercial redistribution of recorded content without the rights holder's consent is prohibited.

Recorded streams consist of content owned by the respective TikTok creators. RecTok does not claim ownership over any recorded content. By recording a stream, you accept full responsibility for ensuring your use complies with applicable copyright law and TikTok's own Terms of Service. RecTok is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way connected to TikTok or ByteDance.

Recordings made through RecTok are stored in a publicly accessible library. If you are a TikTok creator and wish to have a recording removed, contact us at the address below and we will process your request promptly.

RecTok is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that recordings will always succeed. TikTok's platform changes may affect the service at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RecTok is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.

In no event shall RecTok or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data or loss of profits.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, third parties, or the service.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
