RecTok Premium is an optional paid upgrade that raises usage limits to 10 simultaneous recordings, 30 watchlist slots and up to 12 hours per recording, and grants priority processing. Plans are one-time payments in Telegram Stars — no subscription, no auto-renewal. When a period ends, you simply return to the free tier.
The price displayed in the bot at the time of purchase is the price that applies. We may change pricing at any time — changes never affect periods you have already paid for.
Payment. All payments are processed by Telegram (Telegram Stars). We never receive or store your payment details.
Activation & withdrawal. Premium activates immediately upon purchase. By completing a purchase you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that, where a statutory right of withdrawal applies to digital services, it expires once performance has begun.
Refunds. If Premium is unusable for an extended period due to a fault on our side, contact us — we will extend your plan or refund the affected period in Telegram Stars. If we permanently discontinue the service, remaining prepaid time is refunded pro-rata. No refund is owed where access was terminated for a violation of these Terms. If you report a failed delivery, we will first try to restore or resend any recording that remains technically available. Nothing in this Section limits mandatory statutory remedies available to consumers.
Feature changes. The exact set of Premium features may evolve over time. We will not materially reduce the core value of a plan during a period you have already paid for.

- Record private, restricted, or non-public content
- Infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights
- Harass, stalk, or harm any individual
- Circumvent any technical limitations of the service
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service

7. Service Availability & Limitations
RecTok is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The service depends on third-party platforms (TikTok, Telegram) that we do not control — platform changes, rate limits, network conditions or blocks can degrade or interrupt the service at any time, without notice. We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. In particular, we do not guarantee that any of the following will work at any given time or for any given stream:
Recording. Streams may fail to start, be interrupted, end early, or not be recordable at all — for example region-locked, restricted or age-gated streams.
Watchlist auto-recording. A stream may start and end without being detected or captured.
Live notifications. Notifications may arrive late or be missed entirely.
Processing & delivery. Videos may be delayed, split into parts, reduced in quality, or contain visual or audio defects. Capture quality, duration and delivery depend on the source stream, network conditions, TikTok, Telegram and RecTok's processing systems.
Public library. Library entries and search may change or disappear at any time — for example after a takedown request.
Premium priority. Priority processing reduces waiting time under load but does not guarantee specific processing times.
These operational limitations are part of the service's technical nature. They do not exclude mandatory consumer rights where the service fails to meet an expressly agreed feature or applicable statutory requirements. Remedies for Premium are described in Section 3.
