Cost: the biggest difference

This is where they diverge most. At the time of writing, GREC's premium is billed weekly (around $4.99/week — roughly $20+ a month), and unlocking older recordings can cost extra in per-pack fees. RecTok is free to use, and optional Premium is paid in Telegram Stars from a couple of dollars a month — with no separate charge to access recordings you've already been sent.
